I’ve been thinking a lot about the art of being “well-rounded”. My definition of being well-rounded pertains to the passions in which life sparks interest to me. The question I hold in my mind sounds something like this: In what areas did personal interest and education get neglected? I’ve narrowed my findings to: music, dance, poetry, art, conversation, literature, language, and culinary smarts.
It seems like a long list, but the list is built on the – I want more more aspect, rather than the – I haven’t the foggiest – aspect.
So how does one sift through their brain to find their “well-roundedness”?
Take a look at all the things in which you are still seeking as life moves forward. These lightbulbs are still shining bright for a reason and when they are bright…ask for help, make a friend, and step on the gas!
Truly,
